Charlotte Blauer is an advertising and marketing operations and workflow analyst. With over 40 years’ direct experience in both agencies and in-house marketing departments – from strategy and concept to design through execution – she brings a mix of business management expertise and a detailed understanding of the balance between account management and creative staff to build successful and effective collaboration. She specializes in identifying workflow obstacles and implementing innovative, integrated solutions; resolving cross-department issues; and assisting with change management. Her experience in a variety of agency departments provides essential insight into building tailored processes that work resulting in increased productivity and profitability. She has worked with Fortune 500 companies, global corporations, government, and small firms to design and manage advertising and marketing operation initiatives. Her clients have included high-tech, automotive, retail and financial. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management and Marketing.

That sky-high photo was shot one summer morning above one of my favorite places on earth: The Oregon Coast. It was taken from Neahkahnie Mountain overlooking Manzanita, which is just South of Cannon Beach. Cannon Beach has amazing art, glorious food, and the most beautiful stretches of beach on the West Coast.

Oh, and that little black speck, right in the middle? It's a seagull.
